Plumeria on the Stairs

While I hear about all the snow, wind and cold sweeping the Pacific Northwest, it seems that the contrast to Brisbane weather has never been greater. On Friday, it was 95 F with a cloudless blue sky, a day for swimming, scurrying into the shade if not an air conditioned building or vehicle. Far from shoveling show, I have been sweeping fallen frangapani (plumeria) blossoms off my front landing.
